z46 goes with heinrich to activate her buff

boss would be enty/penny and then probably ranger (or gear klaudia if you have bulins)

if you dont manage to get both hood and enty you can farm saratoga in 4-1

but retrofitting another carrier is going to take a while since you'll be using most on indep first

Rookie exam is timegated with daily raids needed to be completed. But I think I'll get hood in no time but I dont know. Next phase of rookie exams might be hard.
