VV, Aquila, Unicorn, Room, Yuudachi RF, SF/Rikka/DdA

SF is general purpose, Rikka if you need ASW, DdA if you want to speed up VV further.

Kron should be tank and you need to MLB all your ships. I know you said you have a lot of bulins but that's 6 UR bulin for just Kron and Shimakaze and another 2000 specialized core for Yuudachi RF

what you have it fine. there's isn't much difference between the various theoretical comps. Like maybe U-37 is better than U-47 but it isn't an investment that is going to bring a lot of return if any over the long run.
