We're beyond the scope of my knowledge in this realm of the game. After I kept doing less damage when manually, I switched to auto. You probably still do more damage to the boss than I do, even wiping at 15s, and without breaking the shield

I was basically told "Make that gun shoot as fast as possible" and then I watch the slash and zaps destroy everything. The skill is what destroys at least 75% of the shield

cuz the goal is actually to not destroy shield. so you get into the enraged mode to deal more damage

In fairness, the shield doesn't really send a super clear signal it broke. The little face just gets x.x eyes, which is easy to miss in the garbage going on, and the symbol that shows up after isn't a ton clearer

I've seen her trigger Ashen Storm every time but that's probably on the third shield and I've just been miscounting.
