iirc someone told me to use level brunhilde as she was good for this arb but idk if this is situational to this arb or overall better than someone in my current fleet

Those are solid fleets. I beat the arbiter using mostly the same compositions

use Agir on BB fleet for slow

cuz your CV fleet has Ark in it so no need to put Agir in their

I havent tried this harb yet, but last month I got to barely 40% with all my 4 fleets + sub

Replace Kron-chan w/ Anchor then Anchore w/ Agir

but for your fleet is already good i dont think you will have a bad time in Arbiter Hardmode w/ that fleet

issues I've had the most are with harb and with the siren that heals at c6

for that one I have to use the BB fleet (3rd with NJ) twice since the other fleet would just heal her

I also have marco but i still have to unlock her (I need the last 5% exp to unlock her) with 260bps but idk if she's any good or not

Use HE on light armour
Use AP on Medium & Heavy Armour like that ship & youl be fine
