So i almost lost in 10-4 so i thought i might need a better fleet for next chapters

mob: brunhilde flag, unikai, tosa, blucher, laffey, sandy/saint louis ( but they need lvls )
boss : musashi flag, enty, essex, portland, yuudachi, minneapolis
should get you past w10 easily till w13

Also is sanlui a replacement for sandy if i cant mlb her yet or just as good

when go to lab>shipyard> and you use coins to increase development levels for pr1-pr2 ships instead of bp
they are about same, sandy gets better post retrofit but it costs alot of resource tho

So i keep using sanlui until i can retrofit and mlb sandy?

hmm they are both low lvl so just pick one u like more
if you dont have more bulins, because tosa and blucher need to be mlbed as well feel free to use sanlui
sandy post retrofit will be more helpful in w12-w13 tho
