since it doesnt sound like this guy has autosearch available at this point

I just finished 10-2 with these fleets with 3-stars.
Fleet one whould be for bosses and clearing comming chapters.
Fleet two later for mobs and before for clearing the level.

it would be better to split salvoes dmg to fire salvoes more often
she'll bully ch 10 ennemies anyway

Indep, AvP, Enterprise, you have a fairly good amount of great options
Tosa is already 120 you can take her off and use Independance (good for mob)
Warspite, well if you want to keep using her, go with it, but she is a boss ship
you can use Musashi in mob fleet as well

Playing and collecting for almost 4 years now, but formed fleets mostly of girls i like, but not often based on stats. But i want to continue the story, so i need to look at the stats now 😬

well in CLs you have :
Noshiro (great dmg boost for vanguard plus strong torpedoes herself)
Emden and Mainz (good CL DPS, plus they are KMS so with Bisko they're fine if you want more kms ship 😄 )
Seattle (Also good CL DPS, plus have good AA)
Jeanne d'Arc (Even if she has fallen behind, she helps a lot your whole vanguard to survive, she is rather weak by heself so she wants the middle spot of the vanguard and doesnt have good dps )
Swiftsure (Great buff reducing evasion of ennemies, best suited for boss fleets to increase backline dmg)

CAs :
Roon Muse (great dmg output)
San Fransico (very versatile heavy cruiser, she can main tank, if placed middle brings a bit of heal, rear position buff self and whole vanguard dmg by a bit too)
Cheshire (great tank with strong AA, you'll need her to be confortable in ch 13)
Baltimore and Bremerton (both strong DPS CA but lacks survivability)
