boss : hiryuu/warspite, musashi, enty portland, waka, sakawa ig

u can also beat world 9 just by leveling so dw, but I guess its better to invest in these esp unicorn over shouhou for now

thanks a lot to both of you! What's a good way to level for now? Just repeat highest 3* stages? I'm also close to completing Neptune in shipyard, does she fit in a fleet too?

nep is used as a mobbing tank but I wouldnt replace blucher with her and any stage in world 9 u can do is good to level till u unlock 11-1 which is best xp then 12-1/12-4 which have a lil worse xp but better coin income
