Well there a reason people don’t use 3 healers in 1 fleet, lack of damage, even if you spent time leveling them, it’s still better to resort the fleet and re level

for me the biggest dip was starting in world 6 till world 9 when u start mlbing ship which increase costs but u have no oil caps yet so the oil just drains away for little return ( compared to 9+ )

u can probably make a 2nd fleet for boss and have it leech xp in exercises so its not so far behind because at some point you will need 2 fleets to push content but ur oil xp should go in 1 fleet for now
