dork is mostly there for vanguard sidegrade debuff and activate Howechaama's skill.

yes, it really needs the +13 enhancement because the DPS before that is pretty much a 406 Mark 6 in gold guise.

even then the difference after both guns are maxed is only slightly ( the 381 wins at around 5% more damage iirc), so most folks don't even bother to fully upgrade it considering the plates it used.

if you don't have enough 134s, staag will do just fine, especially for those who need HIT like FdG.

nonetheless, CBs get the priority for 134s, then BBs or CAs (tho I won't give my hopes at the moment to use CAs for pure dps, unless it's someone like Drake).

technically they can, but if you don't have them, just use accelerators like 37 mm MLE.
