UR BBs are good and all, but focus on getting one fully limit broken for the extra shell, so maybe put off using musashi for a bit and focus getting 3 more bullins for UvH
Also at this point in the game focus on 2 fleets exclusively

Mob I'd use hood unicorn and amagi, sandy laffey and san Diego
Boss I'd use nagato akagi and kaga, baltimore kawakaze and belfast
Something along those lines atm should work
You need more tanky vanguard ships like portland
But that fleet should be fine for now, I'd focus on raising just those ships for the moment, dw about the URs too much
Ofc if you want to use them feel free too, the game isn't that rigid, but it'll be easier to progress with these ships for the moment
Ships also worth raising in the meantime include helena retrofit, enterprise, essex, yuudachi retrofit with her item, warspite, indomitable and your URs ofc if you wanna mix things up, but id focus on channelling all your resources into 2 fleets for the moment

Oh Right, to retrofit ssr ships into UR ships you need special items, for san diego and warspite you buy them in the shop, for yuudachi its event limited, but luckily they're rerunning the event literally right now
