for most part, your vanguards are correctly built , just make sure that helena is in the center of the fleet doing boss, she can switch places with sumner depending on which fleet is doing that

she's kind of wasted mobbing

for boss, mob ships don't have enough hp for the most part to take advantage of her damage boost

and w13 and w14 bosses can be pretty bulky so that damage multiplier is more useful there so they die faster

plus in w14 you want sumner mobbing to kill subs in 14-3 and 14-4 and for her to kill planes in w13

she's strong, but she's fragile, that equip gives her more hp and a few more seconds of life if she does get shut down

depends, she's going to kill taihou in w13 because taihou is heavy armor, she'll do fine against lighter cvs but she shines vs heavy armor

and medium

she'll kick ass in w14 that's for sure
