i don't mean it as specific to sextuple. It's just that sextuple sacrifices reload and range to have the highest alpha damage. And high alpha damage is not useful on ships with weak AA

DDG's dont have the best AA, i would put a twin 90mm on them while Sandy gets a sextuple.
But if the fleet contains only DDG solo, i would give them a sextuple because they're the highest AA ship in the fleet.

but this is only if you need the AA. If you're not dying to enemy airplanes, you should give STAAGs to unicorn and independence for hit stat and give 90 or 113 or sextuples to the vanguard ships
