CV is simpler, you just need to set up the order of the air raid and set the slow debuff at the right time, about 90% of their damage will hit the target.

Here's the (not exactly so) BiS setup compiled from several players, feel free to substitute the ones you don't have yet:

CV:
Shinano/Hakuryuu/Parseval, CB/CA/Kazagumo/Sirius
BB AP:
Friedrich/Ulrich/New Jersey, Agir/Helena/off-tank dps (current meta is Plymouth because of her BB buff)
BB HE:
Richie/Howe/Vanguard, Anchorage/Yuudachi refit or Jeanne d'Arc/Drake/San Francisco
Mob:
Any good mobbing flag BB/Healer/Support Healer, Tank/dps/dps

note:
italics denote they are swappable with the ships in the other fleet but may need different gear set (mostly relates to their gun and barrage skill), you can consult with ECTL or any ship tier list as references and see how they fit with your comp.

Bolds denote you can use lower tier or different ships in your dock in case you don't have them. For example, you can pick any adequate tank for CV fleet if you don't have CBs. I personally use Azuma because she fulfills Shinano's buff requirement. Again, you can consult ECTL or other tier list as a reference.

Italic bolds mean you need specific ships. If you don't have them, you may use down tier ships with similar skill set, but you won't get the same result.
in case of healers choices are either Unicorn refit or Perseus, while the premier support healers are Aquilla and Volga with Ryuuhou if you don't have both. You can run two primary healers if your support isn't up to par.

In case of Jeanne, she is needed to trigger richie's quick reload (plus her survival skill is a good addition to make sure your HE fleet doesn't get rekt in long fights).

For Parseval, you will need her at Fate sim 5 to be effective. Before that, you can use Ark Royal.
