One thing I noticed is that you don't really have a lot of tanks raised. Also fleet 4 with akagi and kaga will definitely be on the chopping blocks first when u get better ships
that's just what I would do rn if I had your fleet rn
some people will prefer to use other ships but you can do whatever you want
the biggest QoL in Opsi to clear 99% of it is just level all your ships to 120
