Brun have a slow, she can be a thing for pratically any BB Fleet, specially if u lack UR BBs like D30 FdG or UvH/NJ and lack also Agir to slow
since Agir only will sync with Full RLD Tech and D30

I'm not sure about Helena though. I don't mind the 60% proc but on my current setup when fighting Promoted Pawns I struggle with the mobs and the boss spawns after 20 seconds has passed. Is that normal or are my ships/gears just bad?

Helena is the far best bet u got for Bosses, exceptions to W14...
40% DPS incrense is way to much to ignore, and herself isnt that much bad compared to others ships

I know that, but when fighting bosses with mobs in opsi (like promoted pawns), I always couldn't kill the mobs fast enough and the boss spawns way after 20 seconds. Do I just have bad ships/gears?
Oh yeah and does Helena need retro?

thats why u dont use her on mobs, helena is boss fleet
Helena have low prio on be retrofit, her retro is more survival thing

Oh I always use my boss fleet on Promoted Pawns. Since I consider that to be a boss
