I was able to take the boss down to like x42, but I think that was all I could do

Any fleet help and/or tips to beat the boss?

I have Shinano (lvl 125)

I don't have enough for a good FDG

I can develop Haku to like Dev 20 (but I'll still need to make her and upgrade her skills)

No AVP

And yup, I manualed

Helena doesn't have the SG Radar and the BBs don't have the HSFR
