Vanguard is semi aa carry , enty and nano running non rocket should be more then enough

and try to use more CB or torp focused ships in mob, lots of shields
for maximum consistency you level volga and replace shinano, since no 3 ijn for her and lower level than enty

well you don't really understand how DB focused carriers work in ch 13 boss, the performance is very close to fully buffed shinano, and the real upgrade to sara is haku, not shinano.
and i did say "shinano or sara" lol

and they point in putting sandy in boss is to give carriers bf109g, for much more damage

it's not about on paper dps, since sara will never win, it's more about DB bombs' splash range overlapping repair ships and boss and command ships
