You could probably use someone other than Ark, she's just first one I see there you should be able to set up

w12 should be similar , just swap your bbs for cvs and they should work, like maybe the bb for volga and monarch for essex

Btw I would invest into Volfa later down the line since she's nice to have in high worlds

your cvs should cover it alot of aa but you would want a aa carry in each fleet
