hello, i've been doing opsi for a while now without much issue but I'm aware that my fleets are definitely not optimal and I can do much better that's why i'd like some help to make the "best" fleets I can with what I have (especially the mob fleet and BB fleet, they are sub optimal since I use Vanguard in mob for example lmao)

Ideally you put vanguard and uvh in the BB fleet. The mob fleet is just a mob fleet, shouldnt be too hard to use worse ships than rainbows

Yeah that was my plan, i just liked speed running the maps with both of them tbh lol, i wonder which third ship I could use alongside them, FDG is still below dev 30, i'd like to use DOY with Monarch/Howe in my 4th fleet so maybe warkai or even try to get Brunh ?

I'd say dork or monarch for Vanguard UvH. Because Howe would make that fleet reload too fast. Or even Georgia might work with uvh slow, I don't actually know

And for the CV fleet, unless you're manualling insane numbers with ayanami, use Sirius or even better a kazagumo. Then you will need to switch chapayev to a sakura ship if you don't have kazagumo or ariake
I assumed "try to get Brunh" meant you haven't pulled her yet

About the CV fleet yeah... I use Ayanami for Shinano buff since Azuma isnt dev 25 yet (really slacked with PR2 lol) and I dont have anyone else besides Ayanami to fill the slot

Up to you if you want to build more. Brunh would be solid or one of your best choices for that third slot

Not dork, she's a little weak when Vanguard doesn't do as much damage as NJ
Monarch Georgia or Brun, but Bryn is more light armor focused

I would put Kron on CV, Agir on BB, and Ancho on mob. Room instead of Chappy or JdA. Richelieu on anti-light? instead of Warspite

Helena works with UvH ? I feel like UvH can't really sync with her and holding on her cd would be waste

UvH doesn't matter with Helena, her innately high dps isn't really a waste
I mean that UvH who's half buffed by Helena is still far more damage than Duke or Howe fully buffed by Helena

You might consider putting adalbert as a off tank instead of chapayev because the CV fleet will often be fighting heavy armor where chapayev is meh
