Helena has a 20 second proc time , which means your ships have to do all the damage within the debuff time

Most of your damage (especially backline) comes in bursts. Syncing is just timing all of your bursts to hit just after all the buffs come in to ensure maximum damage.

The biggest example would be Helena, in which you want your big burst windows to come in right after Helena uses her skill to make enemies take more damage.

For cvs , and sufficient reload tech(around 20) it will be fine to use rocket goldidver and ju
