You can leave second fleet like that if you want
3 fleet is enough, you can always change equipment on BB fleet for different armor types enemy

But most people use 2 BB fleet with HE fleet and AP fleet

Fleet 2 idk
Fleet 3: Friedrich indep percy kron jda duca
Fleet 4: already good fleet

You can go with riche or repulse meta pair with sanrui for second fleet
They deal really good damage against light armor

But yeah you already got 3 of the best bb on first fleet
You only need to equip different main gun for different armor
