Cv fleet go enterprise ark royal shinano, cheshire kazagumo and yuudachi retrofit
if you ignored yuudachi’s retrofit event you should not raise her and use suzutsuki/kitakaze instead
And the last fleet go richelieu, repulse meta, indomitable with rocket
Frontline go heinrich, an shan retrofit, aurora
Thats the best fleets you can have rn
Level the ships up, PLAY OPSI AND GET REPULSE ASAP
And rest is gears

Do the poverty stuff if you cant use the good gears
Focus pr3 and pr4 research
Keep your queue filled at all times
Use all your oil on event and clear shop asap
Buy everything that isnt skin boxes
After that go to grind 12-1 with 3:3 fleets till you run out of oil
Keep in mind to never use a lvl 120 ship on exp grinding unless you are currently raising them to 125
Put the ships you gonna use to grind on dorm so that their morale doesnt go to 0 immediately
And yeah, keep this up for a few months
Oh yeah
For research, pick shortest research time wise until ship research or desired gear research (the 4 hr Q research) show up
You can ignore the ones that cost cubes EXCEPT THE 30 MINUTE CUBE ONES
All 30 minute researches are best in the game, do them even if they cost cubes unless you are really low

So your first fleet is mob fleet, handle everything, second is battleship fleet, run mostly pr3 mle gun so it sync with helena, third is cv fleet, run rockets and ryuusei/junker and can use them everywhere
