Mob fleet should be, Washington flag, unicorn (see if you can maxLB her, it helps), and Joffre main. Put Joffre below flag

Maybe cl Enterprise z23 and leander vanguard

Boss fleet Kii flag, enty and shinano with portland Helena and sirius in the vanguard

You could try maxLB enty if that doesn't work. Or shinano but I assume that won't be possible in time

Looks about right PortDoll

Max LBs are greatly recommended. In 2 days monthly reset and weekly reset can get you 3 gold bulins so go ahead and use those.

You will need to maxLB all current event ships for a chat border as well but that seems a lot harder to accomplish with your current amount of purins than just using then to progress in the game

If you find tou have time to level other vanguard ships and have the bullins to MaxLB them. Suzutsuki, London and phoenix are great options

London and phoenix especially since they are available in the guild shop

Still. If you want Giuseppe. Grinding C3 untill you have her might be worth it

Unless you can somehow reach D3 in which case that is the better option

Best Stage to Farm?
D2 for Steam Catapults, D3 for point/exp efficiency. Otherwise C2 and B3 are the other notable grind spots for newer players.
