Leftmost position of vanguard is where you should be putting your tankiest ships. So move eugen and yukikaze to that side

first up, ditch entirety of fleet 3, the one with the illustrious class, as flower said you should focus on two fleets atm.

Fleet 1 should be your mob fleet, Amagi Unicorn Chihaya Minneapolis Laffey Suzutsuki should be your goal for now. For fleet 2, PoW Enty SRL Takao Helena Baltimore is good enough
