Both 12 and 13 don't need BB in mobbing, due to no suiciders in 99% of the mobs

first time i tried doing w12-1 and got destroyed by plane as i thought 1 cv is enough

For w12 and 13 can do uh, independence volga unicorn, portland z46 and rikka on mob

This is like very gud mob team for w12 and w13 and should make things a cake walk

another question i have is retrofit, beyond the first 3 starter and prob some z fleet, are there any notable one to retro?

Yes. Though for at least 13-4 I'd go with at least 1 BB because of Taihou's AA damage reduction.

Monarch is more important bc backline dps lol, and roon can replace your portland

It doesnt matter they op in either vs light and medium enemies

Like specifically vs light

They just shred any light armor bosses

They just cant beat heavy armor enemies as effectively

can i get some idea when to use which ship?

i mean like, what type against medium armor type enemies and like that

Oh uh, torpedoes do more damage vs heavy enemies

Rockets do more dmg vs light and medium enemies

Battleship: Ap ammo do better vs medium and heavy enemies, he ammo do bretter vs light enemies

And frontline gun depends tbh

She just wont do much outside of aa
