Playing a good bit cruisers got a few pointers

1-support your destroyers and do your best to damage or sink enemy destroyers.

2 use high explosive besides a flat side another cruiser

3 don't be afraid to drop spot and run

4. Use islands to hide your advance and the torpedo centric ones like the Germans or the atago/Maya for example.

If your spotted when not shooting its likely a dd or a sub.

When avoiding shots kill your throttle, turn in hard , turn in soft the next salvo then out and reverse. Just make yourself as hard to hit as possible this works wonders on the defense
