it looked really interesting at start, but by 8th episode it feels like they really toned down how shy she supposed to be. Which I get is the point that she learns to be more social, but I also don't buy it that hanging out with 3-4 semi-friendly people for like a week or so was enough to basically cure hey shyness, which was so severe she revolutionized magical science
it both feels unearned, and also boring, like it just turned into a normal slice of life with a coat of fantasy

basically the premise is that
a witch is so shy and anti-social
she was literally failing at school and was unable to pass any of her exams due to that requiring her to actually chant spells outloud in presence of other people and she couldn't do it
so she came up with a way to not needing to chant spells, which literally nobody but her can do, all just to avoid speaking in presence of others
and now she's being sent to a school to work undercover as a bodyguard
and she meets nice people learns to be more open and sociable by interacting with them
and my issue is that they don't really focus too much on her growing, it just kinda happens
and I don't buy it'll happen so easily if her shyness was this severe
so it just kinda loses its gimmick and turns into just normal slice of life
and my issue is that they don't really focus too much on her growing
