They don’t rely too much on digital drawing (I’m not saying they don’t use digital drawing at all, but they don’t rely heavily on it).

You can't expect a manga will be published weekly when it published on a monthly manga magazine, even if the author already done with drawing the chapter in 4 days, unless it is a doujin (self-published) work, then the author can publish their work whenever they want to
