She has a neighbor that’s gets pissed off for her being so loud, but she also loves cats just as much, but if I remember correctly, she has a cat allergy. She bust down the main pet owners door because she got fed up with her one day and somehow they start becoming friends and bond over cats. Later on, her neighbor will power through her cat allergy and also work at the same cat cafe. The main cat lady has friends that do the same thing but one is like that with her dog that she visualizes as a shota dog boy and the other friend acts just as crazy over her pet bird.
