A neat work by the great Mangaka, Kanehito Yamada, which was adapted into anime by the MadHouse studio. It made me touched and able to get carried away in every beautiful and beautiful scene. The story of the journey and the meaning of each journey makes you unable to hold your cry. The dialogue scenes are memorable and each word that is put together is very deep and soulful. One of the best anime I have ever watched. Of all the anime I have watched, this is one that is able to make the meaning of life more meaningful and made me realize the name "Time" itself. A story that is able to present a narrative as beautiful as this deserves the highest appreciation. Lastly from me, a good work is not always born from a story that is presented in a very deep and difficult to understand way. Or it may have a heavy philosophical meaning, but a relaxing travel story like Frieren's can become one of a series of anime that have deep meaning. A story doesn't have to be presented in a complicated way to be a good work. Good work can be created from simplicity in delivery and meaning.

Akame ga Kill is one of those animes where the writer has moments of greatness, but fails more times than not.
The show is fully of edginess and gore, with shallow messaging of "like stinks" that will get universal praise from breadtube slop essayists. Most of the characters are overall forgettable.
I wouldn't even know who Akame was if Akame didn't kill, or I guess that was the title. The MC? Fuck, I couldn't even name who that kid was, but his sister dies I guess. Only real significance I remember from it. Although Esdeath is horny bait, she carried most of the evil doer squad whatever those guys were
There were some touching moments like the whole Bols character arc and that "lolipop" scene, but it feels like it stems from any coincidence rather than thoughtfulness.
If you like pretending being sad is prophetic, then this anime is for you. Gritty vibes, blood, guts n all. If you here for the writing, you'll find some great aspects, but overall its a trainwreck.
