It feels like they're rushing it. Like the romance is forced. There was a subplot of her being a princess from another dimension. That was completely glossed over by the next episode and it's pretty hard to keep up story wise.
For the pureness alone, I put it in my top 10. It's a feel-good anime but the story, relationship, and romance feel somewhat forced. My brain could not comprehend the story well, unlike with My Clueless First Friend or its closer comparison: The Angel Next Door.
They're creating a story all over the place. I find that ironically accurate because it's about a mangaka that's trying to do a story and rewriting plot which this anime perfectly does
