@lyric spear my to go is just use more starch heavy foods. such as rice water, pasta water. Or just use starchier potatoes, u can even just melt down some onions too.
as for curry powder, its a simple case of having the dried spices and grinding them up.
but personally thats too much of a hassle for me.
i do add additional spices to my curry tho, esp cumin, cuz i love cumin.

Itโs the same with the one everyone argues over; pineapple. I think glazing or lightly cooking the pineapple pre-pizza cook, to help balance the sweet and savory better, works wonders. Also a saltier meatโ I donโt think ham is truly itโs best mate
But Iโm a tad biased when it comes to meats, lol. I could happily exist with a diet of nothing but bread and meat
yeah i totally get it, i'm not a fan of mixed flavours this is why i don't like pineapple on pizza but i enjoy melon and ham together
Oh yeah, mixing flavors is delicate, which is why I tell people that maybe they should try cooking their stuff differently in case the way it was prepped and mixed was really why they donโt like a specific food.
I hated zucchini all my life, until I learned that the reason I hated itโs flavor was my gram would boil the damn life out of the poor things and serve them as is lol
