I try to map out drawings in a sketch, and I separate different parts with different layers a lot to help with adjusting positions. I also typically work with a canvas larger than I plan to use and then just crop away what isn’t needed for composition. and if I need more space I just enlarge the frame. forgetting how to draw is always a pain lol. sometimes I just can’t figure out how to start something
