You can go sketch-up, for example. Import a 3d model or make your own in just a couple minutes, paste it into your work and then draw over it.

use the morph tools to texture it, then a couple filters over it to make them look almost as they were drawn by hand

@olive kernel Yeah, thats most probably St. Louis; you should see the sorts of wild theories #al-lore had about it. The decals on the dress are clearly of FNF origin. Turrets are also the same size and form.

The only thing that doesn't really fit is the hair length, but that's a minor detail and hair can be grown longer.
