Contructive criticism: ||i know it might not be a serious drawing and was just a lil doodle when you were bored but i can see a few things, nothing is initially wrong, projection/lines saying that she has a chest, her jacket, the floof and the wrinkling of clothes, but if there's one major thing (and I'm not sure if you do this for all your works) is the arms, nothing is wrong with them at first but they're too skinny compared to where her shoulder are, besides giving her a bit of meat on her arms everything seems well, maybe the neck is a little too skinny but that's about it, good job ||

the tracking software and camera really does make a different I was using animaze and prprlive on my computer with webcam and the tracking was god awful

If you want to smoothen out the graphite a cotton swab or Kleenex smooths it out a ton
You could also scrape some graphite off the pencil with something then brush it on the paper if you need really soft shadows

but for super soft shading scraping off some graphite and then rubbing it onto the paper with a cloth or a paintbrush or something works great
though i haven't done a graphite portrait in forever so i don't 100% remember all the strats i used lmoa
i mostly just work with charcoal now for portraits
