if you're going to use mouse i reccomend drawing on paper, taking a picture of it on the phone, and then using whatever vector tool your program has to make the lineart
At least thats how i used to draw when i didnt have a tablet

i myself am using medibang to animate some simple cartoony things for a game
obviously its very inefficient and not the right program to it, but still possible to make stuff

have each frame of the animation drawn in a different layer/separately
and save each frame as a different png image
upload it to one of the many "online gif maker" websites or any program that is able to save GIFs like Aseprite

Finished this for my Machine Doll fanmade. It's the primary antagonist in mine, the Rampant AI, Metatron.
what do you think? If you've ever seen Machine Doll, you'd know that a Rampant AI enemy works so well given how many robots are in it.

In mine, Metatron is essentially a Supercomputer designed to continue their operations after their founder was compromised, but it goes berserk and starts abducting humans to gain Mana from them, and the good guys have to stop it.

Metatron basically seeks to eliminate the Puppeteer part by forcing hundreds of humans into pods where it keeps them unconscious and siphons Mana out of them, to fuel the abilities of itself and its army of dolls. And on top of that, it wants to make its own robots more advanced and further Machinart progress.
Though it doesn't necessarily hate humans, it just sees them as nothing more than sources of Mana for itself and its creations.

humans are used as cows basically to be syphoned of all their blood, except in the movie they cant make a reliable non human source of blood
now, if this was a pocket vampire society, they could just make human farms and treat us like livestock, but there is a dwindling amount of humans, versus the population of vampires

Metatron hasn't necessarily reached World Domination in mine yet, but when people just suddenly go missing without a trace, and them finding out the culprit is a horde of Renegade robots like this, then they start fighting back and trying to determine the source.

Though the plot in mine also takes some nods from stuff like Mass Effect 2. The robots on Metatron's side have similar tactics to The Collectors in ways. They show up in hit and run attacks to drag away human victims they need, then leave while covering their tracks as much as they can. (BTW I'm not that much of a fan of Mass Effect but that's the best comparison I can make).

Also in Machine Doll, there's this type of robot in the series called a "Banned Doll" too. I don't wanna spoil why they are called "Banned" though.
But a few of Metatron's Dolls, including this group of "The Four Elites" are those kinds of dolls.

Asmodeus is like this Motherly one who commands a group of tiger-like robots, and she also has the unique ability to Teleport. Also her fingers extend to form razor whips (kinda like Grewishka in Alita Battle Angel). She has some limitations, like there's a max distance she can teleport to, due to her technology being new and still being worked on.

Lilith is supposed to be like an improved version of a robot who was faced against in the canon series, Lucifer, but is like 10 times stronger than her predecessor. Also she's got a huge ego and wants to prove to others that she's the greatest robot ever created. In truth she's about equally matched with the other three but she personally thinks she's the strongest.

Celica, basically she's a doll who was originally built by Yaya's creator but Metatron's forces stole her and "Retrofitted her." She's a unique gunner type who has super speed achieved by accelerating the flow of time for herself only, so that she moves 3 times faster than her surroundings. Metatron wanted her because it wants to figure out how she does this, but discovers even she is difficult to reverse engineer.
