Then, a couple decades afterward, Anna got to try again, and had a successful career at the helm of MV Georgic - the last ship built for White Star Line before their merger with Cunard Line.

She survived her ship getting bombed by the Luftwaffe in 1941, and sadly had to watch her ship get cut to pieces in the mid-50s.

Brittany, Anna's younger sister, also had a very eventful career.

She first started out as commander of RMS Britannic in 1915, when it was requisitioned by the RN as a floating hospital for the Gallipoli front.
It was mined in November the following year.

Still called on to serve, Brittany joined a RAMC regiment as a nurse and entered the Western Front. She brought dozens of men back to her mates in the tents, both allied and enemy, while only suffering minor bullet injuries and wire cuts.

After the war, Brittany was given a second chance and took the helm of MV Britannic in 1929. During WWII, she suffered no major mishaps like Anna. However, she helped deliver 20,000 US troops among more than 150,000 others in preparation of Operation: Overlord. Many of Brittany's voyages took her through the Mediterranean, where she had lost her original command nearly three decades before.

Okay, so.

Anna started as the commander of RMS Titanic (left), but then she was too traumatized after the disaster to want to go oceanic for a long while. Ffw twenty years, Anna was still a bit anxious about going to sea. However, her new ship was designed to be much safer after a whole bunch of lessons were learned from her sinking as well as from both Lusitania and Britannic. The ship Anna took charge over was the MV Georgic (right), which was the last ship built by for the White Star Line before the company merged with its rival Cunard Line. Both Anna and her younger sister Brittany (in command of the senior vessel MV Britannic) joined Cunard's fleet alongside their older sister Olivia (commander of RMS Olympic, the Titanic's older sibling). Bertholdt Ballin, commander of the Hamburg-Amerika liner Bismarck, also joined the fleet with the new name RMS Majestic. Bertholdt's older brother Anton, another HAL commander, joined with his ship Berengaria (formerly Imperator).

Olympic was scrapped in 1937 alongside the greyhound Mauretania

Majestic followed in 1938, and Berengaria shortly after.

So far, Brittany and Anna were the only girls in the fleet that had been in command of prewar vessels. Both saw combat in the Second World War, and Anna nearly lost the Georgic to a bomb raid. I cant really tell for anatomy since the characters are in a suit of armor, and a robe

The poses are nice

The only thing I would say is to clean up the lineart

Anatomy wise, the hand on the last panel is upside down and facing the wrong way (if her palm is supposed to be facing the viewer, the thumb should be Downwards.) You can easily check whether you're doing that stuff properly by just snapping a picture of yourself doing the same pose and using it as ref.

For manga quality, you'd want cleaner lines. Atm it's very chicken scratchy + the colour isn't fully in the lines in the panels so it'd likely be overlooked due to looking "rushed"

OH! okay yeah that's a LOT cleaner I sometimes get confused as to who posts what here LMAO. yeah once things are all cleaned up I think you'd definitely have at least some people stumble upon it and read it. It'd likely take a bit if you're wanting to make money off of it though since you'd likely need to cultivate a loyal following. Pumped to see the clean pass over of the pages

For hands I'd recommend just taking photos of your own hands in said positions and using them as ref. It's a whole lot quicker than trying to find hands in the exact pose online+ it's your own "asset" so you can technically trace over the hands to "speed up" the process (though I would only trace them atm to figure out how they work so you'd then be able to freehand them in the future)

Don't want to become to reliant on tracing, but it'd definitely help with figuring out what hands can and can't do + how they should be looking in specific poses. After a while you figure out the limitations and how it can be stylized and you end up only needing refs for it occasionally

tbh 4,000 should be enough to look alright

So word of advice: printing on 24 x 36 at 300 DPI is not a good idea

Also, I know some of y'all are going to do the math and say 300 x 24 is not 8,000... but I will tell you that my dumb dumb drew the character too big

So I had to expand the sides to make sure it fits the correct ratio

Artists: I will tell you make sure to have the correct ratio canvas if you ever plan on printing

Pixel count doesn't matter as much as the canvas ratio is correct

If you use the wrong ratio, you will cut off your art in printing

(also make sure you use a reasonable DPI. I heard most printers max out at 300)

picture is probably a lot wider than you're used to though so you need to consider your composition
