Cause there are a lot content in the game that bring your ships to lower HP in a single burst , aka nagato to your backline. Many zombie skills are insurance , not something you constantly proc...

Lets be honest, alot of the new players are using pvp as an extra way for more exp to losing to high lv 125 fleets. The goal is to die fast so you can finish it quickly
