@burnt idol i did it 15-4 aint too bad, but it's not really an enjoyable experience, no ship was sunk and its now on safe as well as 15-3.
w13 was too easy, w13 hard was quite a good difficulty level, but when compared to w15-4/3 it's far easier.

It feelt like most of w15 difficulty is not really the enemy hp or the amount of planes, cause the planes was dying as easy as w13 was, but the amount of extra damage the enemy does to you, and not just because they are lvl 127~128.
But because for example the torps on some ships are so high that if they hit they can do like 600~900 dmg depending on your hull type.
And iam talking about the normal enemies like Naka, Asashio and Sendai, those are present on all trash fleets, and their torps really hurt.
So it's far easier for your vanguard to sink on w15 than main fleet, unless you really low on air defenses.
as for w13 it's not as easy since the damage there is not as big / buffed like on w15 torps, so the problem resumes to do you have enough AA and aviation or not
