DLSS is an amazing piece of technology
i always thougt it had potential but it never hit me as hard as it did when i tried to see how rtx would run in cyberpunk without it
i played cyberpunk with ray tracing on medium for a good while now with a averaging 60 fps
i turned off dlss to see what would happen
i shit you not it tanked down to 5 fps
dlss is doing ALL of the heavy lifting

to think it's all the gaps are dynamically calculated by an AI just baffles me

we can't actually run ray traced games in real time with just raw hardware yet
dlss is what makes it possible
it does make the image a little muddy if you start focusing
like, texture details are blurred and depending on the setting it can get really muddy
but the impact proper lighting alone has on the visuals
it's subtle but it's there and you often don't even notice it
because it basically makes light act naturally and your brain doesn't exactly pay attention to "normal"

Well phones still have safety on their device to charge until how many watt it support, like your device can only take 25W but your charger is 33watt, phone will take 25W. but some other device like Bluetooth speaker will die if you use a fast charger. happen to me several times

- The term Personal Computer applies to both desktops and laptops.
- Always use your dgpu instead of igpu while gaming. igpu performance is shit.
- Always play plugged in into a outlet. Your components be able to receive more power and typically better performance. Laptop batteries are not designed and cannot sustain a full cpu/dgpu load as they cannot output enough power. Furthermore if the laptop is drawing power from the outlet, it wont discharge the battery and hence save both battery life and health.
- Update drivers if you want best performance in latest games. Other than that I don't find them important for old titles.
- Don't delete the redistrbutables unless you know what you're doing. Good chance some of your software you use will be using them.
