Anybody here very knowledgeable on monitors? Struggling on finding a good OLED VESA-compatible 21-24" monitor for content consumption. Is 1440p an avoidance? I recall that media is typically worse at 1440p than 1080p or 4K due to the original sources often being 1080p

Thx for the feedback the card is running like that for 1 year now and I can drop a few degrees by adjusting the fan curve. It has warranty but they said it's normal for these cards to run hot. Since I mainly play Helldivers 2 rn the card is being constantly abused to the max. Was just wondering if anyone else had the same issue. Would you reccomend thermal pads instead of paste and the paste needs to be specific for gpu(thicknes, thermal load,etc)?

It's not normal for them to run 100c+ they'll throttle to keep the temps in check, it'll lower the lifetime of the card
Does your case have plenty of airflow? That might be another reason why it might get high. Else try running it with a open case and check if it still reaches 100c+

Yeah the case have enough airflow for sure, though I can add 3 more fans to be 7 total case fans, but the cpu cooler may be contributing a bit since it's air to air and it sits 1cm above gpu.
