To be honest, there is already a super widely used linux distro. It's in a tons of schools, etc. Most people just don't think of it as linux, but chromeOS is a full linux underneath, and will give you just about anything including command lines once you fire up a terminal.

Not to mention androids are all basically linux machines. Different UI on top, of course.

only thing it can't clone is the efi and recovery partition, since it doesnt have any drive letters by default. You need to assign drive letters to them to copy those.
But i'd recommend using some other program for that since i never tried that myself. the efi partition isnt that difficult but the recoverypartition you might have to relink...

Basically the front-end cannot fetch data from the back-end outside of testing it locally on my computer. Give me just a moment. I can either DM you, post code in here, or do a vc. Whichever you prefer.

I have a .vhdx virtual drive, but to mount it for access it needs admin credentials every time
Is there any way I can remove this need, just for this specific drive?

Nvidia driver controlled is basically the mode it sets that's the best for the GPU in the current situation. But would set it to prefer maximum performance by default if you want to prevent framestutters.
Also uninstall Nvidia app. It's unnecessary bloat
