I upgraded to i5-11600KF using mostly used parts
Which made the upgrade very cheap on me
Only the memory and the cooler and case fans are new xD

could be multiple reasons... Eg. bloat in the background or your timings...
CL14 kinda says very little.
My own kit runs faster at CL24 than it did at CL18 (both 3600MT/s, because the more important timings were tightened)

3000MHz CL14-15-15-35 dual-channel is providing me w/ the best performance
