And that might be quite generous depending on how crowded your 2.4GHz bands are

the hundred meters claims are usually for BLE stuffs, usually low data rate one way/half duplex communication

regarding interference, your BT are guaranteed to be shit when there are four or more 2.4G WiFi in your area
