Well, not for defense, no.

And Juneau is plenty tanky with torp bulge and boiler to survive most things okay.

For attack, it depends on what I'm facing, really.

But most times I don't bother and it works out okay. The only position I switch is Warspoot so it doesn't fire into an invulnerable Hiryuu.
