To give idea of how important levels are
Suppose two identical teams

I'm running Richi/JB/Hiryuu personally, with Noshiro Aurora Azuma, for example; that tries to skip the first part of the match ASAP and then clean shop with Hiryuu, so Juneau is unnecessary
