For new players who appear between events, the chart still says HMS viable. It's not very high on the tier, but QE can field a survivable fleet (which gets better once players unlock PR ships)

for new players: just use your highest levelled ships while slowly building a proper fleet; you can also ask for advice in #pvp

the problem even so is that people without 120 choices won't have ships to make pvp comps anyway

making something only based on recent events doesn't mean that x player that joined right before that event will be able to make x comp since most likely his ships aren't even leveled

i'm down to actually create the section and change it but i won't do testing

I'd just make it be non event ships that have a decent crossover between pve and pvp. Like Hood, Enty, Helena etc

nothing that can beat meta handily but enough to do some pvp dailies at lower rankings

A list of what I mentioned would certainly help newbies getting into pvp. Doesnt havent to be specific comps or anything. Just a list of easily accessible ships that they're raising in pve anyways that perform decent enough in pvp. Dont even have to test much tbh since its not like we expect them to be facing meta all the time, newbies will be facing other rando defense teams.

For people that missed amagi event it'll be harder than ever to enter pvp imo, with the diluted perma pool and increase of t0 comps. I think something like that would help at least
