Warkai FC in my experience does not reliably kill before Juneau goes down in any iteration I tried, not that it really matters much
Neither can you reliably kill ykkz before her heal activates, though again, not that it matters much
If you're bent on doing that specific strategy as a reliable outcome, then you probably want Warkai/QE/Monarch; doesn't work that well though, since it's really not worth lowering damage on vanguard to reliably snipe main before Juneau pops

If you just want it occasionally, then pretty much any Warkai team will occasionally do it, and any non-Warkai team will pretty much never do it
