From CN patch notes since JP patch notes are too vague:

1. Improved how weapon firing order is determined to avoid unintended firing order behavior.
2. Differentiated default auxiliary guns' firing order from main guns' firing order for certain light, heavy, and large cruisers. Fixed fire rate loss under certain conditions after differentiation.
3. Reduced the cooldown (NOT reload) of Destroyer and Cruiser main guns after firing.
   TL;DR:
   The game ties your ships' fire rate to their hand animation. This system is flawed, especially for MGM+1 frontline.
   The flaw makes the theoretical DPS of most affected ships slightly lower than we thought, but ships like San Diego Kai, Kitakaze, and Seattle suffer actual and signficiant DPS loss.
   This is a patch and most likely does not fix the flaw, but I expect observable DPS boost from those 3 ships. We haven't seen the patch yet, so don't get too excited.

@grim ember Take the Swordfish off for Ryuusei or Barracuda since she has high efficiencies and TB counts. Swap Vf-17's and Reppuu's positions since Vf-17's bombs deals more damage and would benefit more from the 5% extra efficiency. Also make sure your Formi launches about 1 second later than Centaur to be able to sync (or so I've heard), other than that all good
