she represents a similar main fleet eHP boost as Juneau, higher than ykkz

Not sure how to go with Warspite, really, Hiryuu seems substantial for PvP as her skills make her turn games around over n over

about 7.5% damage reduction for all of your fleet with her -9% stats
+10% evarate for main is almost +20% eHP boost, since main fleet evarate hovers around 40% normally

Plus her barrage fits right in with WSret's focusing strat

Well, fleet is supposed to have own VG very often alive at end with all else wiped

if you're not getting that effect, then the fleet is not working as intended

and/or you're not 2-strike wiping their fleet, which is causing the vanguard survivability issues
